Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using hushlorewhisper.com ("the Website") operated by Hushlore ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

Hushlore provides explicit audio content for adults ("Content"), performed by contracted adult voice artists and matched to you through an online quiz. Access is sold as a recurring membership and streamed from your account on this Website. Two optional paid extras are available to members: message credits, used to exchange written messages with a performer, and personal recordings commissioned from a performer and priced per finished minute.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the buyer is under 18.

4. Purchases & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• Membership renews automatically at the end of each term at the same price, until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for.
• Message credits and personal recordings are separate one-time purchases. They do not renew.
• You will receive a confirmation email after each successful payment.

5. Refund Policy

If the service does not work for you, contact us at hello@hushlorewhisper.com within 14 days of a membership payment and we will refund it in full.

Personal recordings are made to your own brief and cannot be refunded once the performer has recorded them; if we are unable to fulfil your request, you are refunded in full. Unused message credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Digital Content & Delivery

• Content is streamed from your account on this Website and becomes available as soon as your membership is active.
• Personal recordings appear in your account once the performer has delivered them.
• Access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the content.
• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and enjoy the content for personal use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including audio stories, text, design, graphics, and branding — is owned by Hushlore or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18.
• Share, upload, or redistribute purchased content without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract content from the Website.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimers

The content provided by Hushlore is for entertainment purposes only. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any specific purpose.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hushlore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any interruption of service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Slovenian courts. Nothing here removes the mandatory consumer rights you hold under the law of your own country of residence.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA.
