Hushlore provides personalised audio romance content ("Content") matched to users via an online quiz. Content is delivered digitally — by email link or direct download — following a one-time purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the buyer is under 18.

4. Purchases & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment details.
• Purchases are one-time payments. There is no automatic renewal or subscription unless explicitly stated at checkout.
• You will receive a confirmation email after a successful purchase.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the purchase date at hello@hushlore.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Digital Content & Delivery

• Content is delivered digitally. You will receive access via email within 10 minutes of purchase.
• Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your email.
• Access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the content.
• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and enjoy the content for personal use.

7. Intellectual Property
