• Payment data — if you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To match you with personalised audio content based on your quiz answers.
• To send you your story match and related updates via email (with your consent).
• To improve our website and services through aggregated analytics.
• To fulfil purchases and provide customer support.
• To run targeted advertising on platforms such as Facebook/Meta (using anonymised pixel data).

4. Legal Basis for Processing

• Consent — for email marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email.
• Legitimate interest — for analytics and improving our services.
• Contractual necessity — to process your purchase and deliver the service.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

• Facebook Pixel — to measure ad effectiveness and show relevant ads. Data may be sent to Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA). We rely on Meta's Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.
• Local storage — to remember your quiz progress within the same browser session. No data is sent to any server from local storage.

You can opt out of Facebook tracking via facebook.com/ads/preferences or by using your browser's cookie settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties only to the extent necessary to provide our service:

• MailerLite (email delivery) — your email address and story match are stored in MailerLite. MailerLite Privacy Policy.
• Stripe (payment processing) — payment data is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare (hosting & CDN) — website files are served via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Meta / Facebook (advertising) — anonymised event data via Facebook Pixel.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

7. Data Retention

• Email address and quiz data: retained for as long as you are subscribed, then deleted within 30 days of unsubscription.
• Purchase records: retained for 7 years as required by Slovenian accounting law.
• Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised, retained indefinitely.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
