Content & Anti-Trafficking Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026Everything on Hushlore is performed by a small, closed group of adult voice artists we contract directly and know by name. Nobody else can put anything on this platform. That is a deliberate choice, and this page explains what it means in practice.
Zero tolerance
Hushlore prohibits the use of this platform in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, or physical abuse. We prohibit any content involving anyone under 18, anyone who has not consented, or any depiction of non-consensual activity. There is no exception to this and no circumstance in which we would knowingly host such material.
We do not market this service, or use search terms or descriptions, in any way designed to suggest that it contains child sexual abuse material or the depiction of non-consensual acts. We do not attract users with illegal content of any kind.
Any instance of suspected human trafficking, sex trafficking, child sexual abuse material or physical abuse will be reported to the proper authorities, and to our payment partner and acquiring bank. We will co-operate fully with any investigation.
Who appears in our content
- Every recording is performed by an adult voice artist under a written agreement with us.
- Each performer confirms in writing that they are over 18, and provides government-issued identification which we verify and keep on record.
- Each performer consents in writing to the recording being distributed commercially on this platform.
- Where more than one person appears in a recording, the same confirmation and consent is required from every person, and the performer must be able to produce supporting documents on request.
How content reaches the site
Every story is written or commissioned by us, recorded to that brief, and reviewed by us before it is published. There are no exceptions.
- Customers cannot upload anything. There is no feed, no gallery, no comments, no public posting anywhere on the platform.
- Performers cannot upload anything. Upload functionality is disabled at the server.
- Nothing is live. There are no cams, no streaming and no real-time interaction. The platform has no mechanism for it.
- Nothing is downloadable. Audio is streamed to an authenticated account and cannot be saved from the site.
- No AI-generated content. An earlier synthetic-voice catalogue was removed in full. Every recording is performed by a person.
Messages between customers and performers
Members may exchange written messages with a performer. This is text only - no attachments, no images, no voice notes. Customers cannot message each other, and nothing written in a conversation is published anywhere.
Every conversation is visible to us in full, and we moderate it directly. Abusive messages, any attempt to solicit contact outside the platform, and any message suggesting illegal activity end the conversation and the account. These rules are shown to the customer at the start of every conversation.
Reporting content
Anyone may report content they believe is illegal or breaches these rules, whether or not they hold an account, by writing to support@hushlorewhisper.com.
We review and resolve every report within five business days and communicate the outcome to the person who reported it. Where a review finds evidence of illegal content, that content is removed immediately, without waiting for the review to conclude.
Appeals by anyone depicted
If you appear in any content on this platform and want it removed, write to support@hushlorewhisper.com. We will confirm whether the appropriate consent was obtained. If consent cannot be established, or if you can show that it is void under applicable law, the content is removed with immediate effect.
If we disagree that consent is void, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party, and we will cover the cost of doing so.
Records and reporting
We keep a record of every report received, what it concerned, and what action was taken, and we report this to our payment partner monthly. Our policies and records are available for review by our payment partner or acquiring bank on request.
18 U.S.C. §2257 exemption statement
All content on this website consists exclusively of audio recordings. The website contains no photographs, video, digital images or any other visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
Because the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to visual depictions, the content on this website is exempt from those requirements.
Notwithstanding that exemption, Hushlore keeps the following on record for every performer whose voice appears on this website, and will produce them to its payment partner, acquiring bank or a competent authority on request:
- a signed agreement confirming the performer was over 18 years of age at the time of every recording;
- a copy of a government-issued identity document, verified against that agreement;
- written consent to the commercial distribution of the recording;
- where any other person appears in a recording, the same confirmation and consent for that person.

Age of our audience
This platform is for adults. Visitors confirm they are 18 or over before entering, and the explicit nature of the content is stated plainly before any purchase.
